Hello and Welcome to MyPureSupport,

Could you please provide an image of what you are seeing?

Also have you tried to reset the CMM back to defaults? Or is this a first time install?

It sounds like for some reason one of your x86 compute nodes is taking the same IP as the CMM. If you can login to the CMM go to 'Chassis Management' then 'Component IP Configuration' and check all of your nodes IPs to make sure one is not stealing the CMM IP.

If you are getting the login screen to the IMM everytime then try to (if feasible) remove every x86 node from the chassis then login to the CMM -> Setup and change IP - > then reinsert your nodes.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks!

Thanks for the response!
Here is the screen shot. And if you continue to log in, you will find logged into management node.
It happened time to time, but sometimes I could log in normally if I left it alone for a while. Did not know the reason.
Thank you!

That is very strange, its almost as if one of your x86 nodes was given the default CMM IP from the factory. Try my resolution steps and let us know if you get it resolved.

I have reset CMM by pin hole. When tried to log on https://192.168.70.100, IMM log on screen still came up.
I removed MGT node, there was no access to https://192.168.70.100
Insert back the MGT node, the IMM log on screen still came up.
Is there any other solution I can try? Pin 192.168.70.100 is ok.
How do I know if the CMM is defective?
Thanks,

Did you try popping out the CMM you've been using and try the standby unit? This issue is very strange.

Did you try to use the standby CMM and not use the CMM that is giving you issues?

Great and glad to help!!

This is still very strange, have you had a chance to call IBM and see what they have to say. I'm very curious as to what conclusion they would draw. Let us know if you decide to check on the faulty CMM.

Thanks!!
